All the specs are on their website. I was quoted $10,899.00 for a raw empty shell (no windows, no roof fan,...), plus tax and freight. I had an expensive professional carpentry shop expand the dinette bed and open up additional storage and eliminate drawers for more space. They cut out under a seat for a Trelino Evo M compositing toilet a $500.00 toilet that is included with sale with additional bags and parts UNUSED. Certain drawers were removed and saved and they installed bungee fishnet fronts for expanded openings. The dinette table drops and a simple board (stored under bed) slides onto supports to make a 39 x 63 bed plus another 12 length for your legs/feet between cabinets. A true twin bed is 38 wide. I planned to use a simple AMAZON foam roll out twin mattress cut to length which I never purchased. The four screw type jacks and wood 2 x 6s storage base supports seen under the cabinet in my driveway are included in the sale.The rear doors swing out 180 degrees. They lock from the outside with two keys and from the inside.The SpaceKap is designed for 4x4 offroad. I used the frame / hitch mounted Torklift mounts ($950.00) with the Torklift locking FastGun turnbuckles ($950.00). Neither are include in sale price but available for purchase. I have a clean original title in my name. I have all the paperwork, manuals, literature, warranty info, No liens.

The leak started in 2020. Dye was added twice and no leak detected. The last fill took 8 ounces out of a 4lb system. Blows out really cold air when temperatures are in the 80s and 90s. It has been filled twice in the past 3 years, because one year we did not need the air conditioner<br />3- Left drivers camera does not work. <br />4- There is a very small amount of seepage around 1 hydraulic pump that works the jacks<br />5- Front passenger jack is slow to come up. We replaced the springs. Found if it gets sprayed with (DRY) silicone it works great.<br />That's it. We love this Motor Home and are selling to buy another Tiffen model. Love to show it to you. <b>2018 Keystone Passport ROV 170RKRV</b> 17’ trailer (20’ total length) One slide, Thule Box Awning, sleeps 4, with A/C Unit. Less than 3,000 miles. Original Owner; purchased on 9/02/18 at Curtis Trailers, Beaverton, OR. <br /><br />This ROV travel trailer by Passport features sleeping for 3 or 4 with a queen size bed, and a slide out u-shaped dinette for mealtime that can be converted at night for another bed.<br /><br />Inside you will find that you have all the equipment needed to enjoy camping anywhere. There is a two burner cook-top and single sink along the rear wall as you step inside. The refrigerator is straight ahead, stacked below a convection oven, within the slide out along with a u-shaped dinette along the road side. There is a two door pantry along the right side of the door, just outside of the wet bath which features a shower, toilet and corner sink.<br /><br />The front is where you will find a queen size bed, with windows on all three sides! MANY UPGRADES: upgraded to remove all the annoying factory designs, Isotherm drawer fridge (takes up less space in isle and more convenient), rear removable seatbacks, full length acrylic mirror, deep sink and better faucet, built in hand and dish soap dispensers, sponge shelf added. TV and microwave at better positions, clothes hanger added. Result is more spacious and much more user friendly than stock. We removed the shelf above the driver/passenger seat as it is a head banger and it closes up the space. We have retained the original shelf and fridge if desired. Well maintained and stored in conditioned garage year round. Just had brakes done. All mechanicals excellent.no issues.
