Up for sale is our 2019 American Coach American Patriot Sprinter Class B RV built on a 2018 Sprinter chassis. We bought this new, ONE OWNER, in July of 2019. Mileage is all highway miles, all service is up to date, including new tires and brakes in the last 10k miles, all oil changes, etc. - all done at a Mercedes dealership.<br /><br />This vehicle is a highway dream. I have a family of 6 and we bought this so long road trips would be comfortable for all. To this day, this is my kids favorite vehicle. Mileage is amazing for what it is - 16mpg is typical when cruising 80 on the freeway.<br /><br />This is the MD4 floorplan, with 4 captain's chairs. The front two seats rotate around and there is a dining table that floor mounts in the middle of all front seats. The rear has a fold down sofa that can be used as a bed. When used as a sofa, there are two "jump" seats forward of the sofa and we have comfortably transported 9 passengers. There are two TV's, one up front above the driver and one in the back - each can be controlled independently. There is a central audio and stereo system as well. The DVD player stopped working which we never used, so we have not had it replaced. If concerned, we will replace. I have an HDMI cable ran to an iPad mount by the house audio controls which allows you to play movies from it on the front TV. <br /><br />There is a bathroom which has a toilet and sink and can be used as a shower - although we have never showered inside. There is an outside shower which was always the one we opted to use. There is an onboard Cummins generator that powers the "house" system and AC and a huge lithium ion battery for the "house" battery. The house generator can run while vehicle is in motion. The generator will indeed power the Dometic house air conditioner roof-mounted unit, and will do so while in motion. <br /><br />I was apprehensive with this "RV" and the sprinter platform going into it, but we have really enjoyed it and it has been very reliable and dependable. We drove a Ford E350 for years and even though this is much larger, it handles much better, has way more space, got better mileage and has a toilet, so there were far fewer stops on longer hauls.<br /><br />We have loved this but it's time to find it a new home, we have no need for this anymore. <b><i>Cash Only</i>  </b>This lightweight camper was our way of transitioning from van life to a towable. Lucy,  as we call her, attracts lots of attention. She's small but practical for people who like to go small. Lucy can sleep up to two (small-ish) adults and one child. However, she is Nucamp's 2020 Tab 400 Boondock Lite "Solo" floor plan. This means that the main bed converts from a single to a RV queen. And, the dinette converts into a smaller bed.<br>This model has the Aldi system for heating the camper and for the water heater.   The camper has a Cool Cat heat pump for heating and cooling, too.  Lucy is equipped with a 1200 watt continuous inverter, 2 12 volt AGM batteries for a total of 390 amp hours, and an external port for a portable solar panel. (No portable solar panel is included. No solar panels have been installed on the roof, either.) <br> The wet bath is better than our previous camper van's bathroom. But, the wet bath isn't huge. So, it takes some getting accustomed to. Lucy has a microwave, propane stove, a 12 volt refrigerator, a good amount of counter space, and a generous amount of storage under the counter. <br>The wheels have independent suspension, along with upgraded tires. Also, Lucy is equipped with a wireless backup camera.<br>This camper has been a much appreciated upgrade from our previous camper van. But, my husband likes being a more minimalist traveler. We had planned to replace the Norcold with a Samsung residential model, but our health struggles got in the way.In fact, our health is the only reason we’re letting her go now. The asking price is negotiable, because of the fridge.<br>Other than the fridge, the coach is in excellent condition, inside and out. If you’ve done some homework about the 2000-2005 era in motorhomes, you know they made these Monaco coaches so much better than today’s coaches are made. You simply don’t find them built like this anymore. We are only the 2nd owners, and it has been meticulously maintained and stored inside whenever it was not traveling. It is as clean as you can find, with low mileage for its age.
