The rest of the awning is in good shape and does not need to be replaced. <br />22- Both pull down awning straps have been replaced.<br />There are several items that I know are not working. <br />1- Some of the lights on switches have burned out, never felt the need to replace.<br />2- There is a small leak in the dash board air conditioner according to our mechanic. The leak started in 2020. Dye was added twice and no leak detected. The last fill took 8 ounces out of a 4lb system. Blows out really cold air when temperatures are in the 80s and 90s. It has been filled twice in the past 3 years, because one year we did not need the air conditioner<br />3- Left drivers camera does not work. <br />4- There is a very small amount of seepage around 1 hydraulic pump that works the jacks<br />5- Front passenger jack is slow to come up. We replaced the springs. Found if it gets sprayed with (DRY) silicone it works great.<br />That's it. We love this Motor Home and are selling to buy another Tiffen model. Love to show it to you. We also decided to make more room for storage by removing the TV, but left the cable in tact so it's ready for a new/better TV if you'd rather have TV than more storage. <br /><br />The living space has been remodeled and leaves a lot of room to personalize the interior to your specific needs. <br /><br />One potential upgrade to consider for the future is the awning. The awning is currently functional but the locking mechanism to keep it in place when it's not being used is loose, so for safety during travel we keep it zip tied. This system has worked fine for us so we didn't feel the need to replace it. <br /><br />This motorhome is in excellent condition, has low miles, and is ready for many more years of travel and adventures!
