2022 Cougar 27SGS Half-ton fifth wheel bought new in October 2022 and only used 5 times. Like brand new. Very roomy and comfortable for four people. Stored in concrete barn when not used. Pictures were taken before slide toppers were added.
RV has 2 air conditioners (one front and one rear), slide toppers, rear backup camera, fireplace, furnace, solar panels, free standing dinette, hydraulic automatic levelers. Comes with all water and sewer hoses. Also have cover that is new in the box and never been opened since we store the RV inside.
