We purchased this trailer in 2022 to live in for 6 months during our whole house remodel. It has only been moved twice between the dealership and our home and has been well taken care of by me. All original manufacturing defects have been fixed by me and the dealer. I would never buy a new trailer from a dealer again. I replaced cheap, leaking plumbing clamps with proper metal PEX clamps and never experienced leaky pipes after my first week in the trailer.

Our favorite features of this model: - The floorplan with the bunk house and the outdoor kitchen! - bluetooth controls of lights, slides, tanks, etc. - dimmable lights - Large window at the head of the king size bed great for starry nights and watching bears eat from your poorly placed food waste bins in your back yard.

Dealer upcharges we bought adding $12k to the base price: - upgraded entry stairs - corrosion resistant duratain treatment on all exterior surfaces - stain resistant treatment on interior has held up well to our family - anti-sway hitch - slide out cover on bunk house This is really a better than new purchase.

You get all the accessories we bought for it including: - 50A extension cord - High end water supply hose - water pressure regulator - blocks - macerating black water pump (can send black water through a garden hose).
