We are ready to let the next family love our RV as much as we have. We bought this 3 years ago and it has taken our family on some of our most prized memorable journeys. We have worked out all the kinks from a new RV (there were a few!) and it is running great. We love that there is no slide outs for less maintenance, the interior is super roomy, the engine is great, our kids adore it. We got orders and moved abroad so it's gotten to tricky to organize from afar, which is the only reason we are selling.

For the last 2 years it has been with a management company High Alpine Rentals in colorado who did all their maintenance in house and were really great to the RV. It has always been well taken care of.

It has a listing on outdoorsy in Utah now and will rent for about $250 a night during high season, we made about $7,500 this year in rentals mostly in CO and $8,000 the year before with a 40% commission with the rental company, would have been much higher if we managed ourselves so there is potential there! There is a lot of life left in the rental option as well.

We priced it really fair. There isn't much wear and tear, we just upgraded a bunch of the interior supplies which would go with the sale if interested. We also had a third party give us a estimate and we priced $2000 less than that. We have a temperpedic pad on the queen mattress in the back and there are still some paint and leather warranties in the cab. We also received an inspection for the RV and they went through each system and we are happy to send that report to you.

One thing to note, Jayco used a yellow glue on the floors and it's starting to show through. If that is something that bothers you we would be open to negotiate price to help offset redoing the floors as well.
