This 2021 Chaparral Lite 274BH is the perfect fifth wheel for families or friends. Kids will love their own bunkhouse and you'll enjoy this open layout with lots of counter space and a spacious refrigerator, which can be hard to find. There is plenty of storage, we have never run out. We have had friends (55 years old) sleep on the dinette and sleeper sofa and they said they are perfectly comfortable.

Investing in a "lite" trailer will make towing and transportation easier, less expensive, with less wear and tear on your truck. This is also a great size if you are hesitant to commit to longer trailers that are more challenging to tow and have less options for spots at campgrounds. This trailer is self-leveling and sets up easily and has a large, 16' awning.

Excellent condition, has only been used for weekend or week-long trips. We are the original owners. 

This fifth wheel is ready to go with all the camping essentials, including an upgraded Casper mattress in the prime bedroom and Beddys bedding throughout, a solar shade to attach to the awning, an under-hitch enclosure to store bikes and outdoor furnishings when you are parked, and a Furrion Vision S Camera to use while on the road and parking.
