Good condition, has some small wear & tear from use. We don't have any use for it anymore, but it was fun while it lasted. Firm on price, wanting to break even with what we owe. Did have pets in at times, but no accidents or anything of the sort. All the warranty work has been taken care of. There does seem to be a short with the led light at times, but it works. Everything is in working order. Willing to through in all the esstentials needed to camp. Let me know if you have any questions.
