Residential refrigerator, inverter, 2 ACs, 1.5 Baths. RV King in main bedroom, added desktop that extends dresser. The kitchen has a flip up island, 4 stools, 3 person recliner couch, two booths with built in storage, and table top. Living room tv was raised and cabinets were placed underneath. The bunkroom was expanded to accommodate triple twin bunk beds, toddler bunk beds, and a slightly smaller twin size bed in slide. The bunkroom sleeps 6 kids. The slide has shelving beneath the bed in slide. The bunkroom has held my 3 teens, 1 tween, and two toddlers perfectly. The bathroom cabinet had a back added to add more space in the bunkroom. The outside kitchen size was reduced, but still holds the TV mount and has extra storage space. The pass-through storage is abundant.

The RV has a transferable Lifetime Warranty.

We currently have slide toppers on the RV, however they were damaged in a hailstorm. We have not replaced them yet, as it is a personal preference regarding whether you want them or not. The two awnings need to be replaced as well due to minor hail damage. We have discounted the price of the RV accordingly based on the insurance quote. We had an RV armor roof put on 9/2022. It was redone in June of 2023 due to the hailstorm. We also replaced the two skylights and all 3 exhaust fans with new Maxxair covered vents. The kitchen and half bathroom have remote controls. Main bath is push button. Hot water heater anode rod replaced 6/2023. 3 new slam latches have been replaced. Wheel bearings repacked in June of 2023. RV tires: 3 have 9000 miles, 1 has less than 200 miles, and the spare has 1000 miles. All tires were purchased at Discount Tire.

RV has been wonderful in accommodating our family of 8 for the last 3 years. We have seen all 48 states. Approximately 30k miles. There are a few paint scratches and dings on the aluminum. The front panel has two rock hits that were repaired with caulk. The interior has some scratches and toddler artwork. We have had no major mechanical issues with the RV.

RV is located in Colorado Springs, CO however, we are willing to deliver for a fee.

Also available is a 2012 Ford F350 DRW 104k miles for $35k. We have all its maintenance records. RV must sell before truck can be sold.
