(Pre-COVID model) This toy hauler is fully loaded. The 11’ garage easily carried our golf cart and is capable of hauling lots of other toys as well. There is an auxiliary fuel tank with pump to fuel up. Being pre COVID, this has all 3 air conditioners installed from the factory along with the IN·command system which enables control of the electronics via an app. Being a modern toy hauler, the rear ramp turns into a deck with railings and detachable steps great for kids and pets. The Cummins Onan gas generator has been serviced every year and has only been run a few times when needed or to make sure that it was exercised (has separate fuel tank for use). The master bedroom has a new residential queen mattress. Living room has a huge sofa with all sections being recliners! The kitchen has modern gray cabinets, center island with swiveling stools, a large double door gas/electric refrigerator, combination microwave/convection oven, 3 burner range with oven, and huge sink! There are a total of 4 LCD TVs on this rig with being one outside. The living space has an electric fireplace which also provides heat.There are two large awnings, along with a 3rd awning over the rear deck area. The front awning has a detachable sun shade. The garage has tons of storage space when traveling and easily transforms to a “bunkhouse” once parked. I customized the top bed from a “queen” size to two residential sized twin beds with a carpeted area in the middle. The lower area has folding sofas which can also be folded into a queen bed. Additionally, the loft provides even more sleeping or storage space. The front outside compartment has been transformed into an outside kitchen space and comes complete with stainless steel counter space, a 22” Blackstone griddle, all situated on heavy duty drawer slides. This space easily transforms back into storage space once back on the road. The rear tool box has plenty of space for items that campers would need for maintenance. The 6 point hydraulic leveling system is smooth and makes setting up camp a breeze. This rig is 50 amp, has 2 black tanks, 2 gray tanks, holds 100 gallons of fresh water, and has a 12 gallon water heater. Included with this will also be a heavy duty surge protector, essential for all the electronics on board. This rig is super clean, well maintained (roof cleaned, treated, and inspected twice per season), and ready to be used! There are customizable LED rock lights installed under the frame!
