New, high quality queen mattress for master. No pets, no smoking, no kids. Slightly larger sized bathroom due to bunk beds plus bathroom has its own ouside entrance. 1 battery, 2 - 20lb LP tanks. Pulls easily with a basic 2021 F150 that has no trailer tow package. Also includes a high end weight distribution hitch (eazlift recurve 6, solid bars not chains). Only 1 blemish - the large decals have begun to peel back. Seems to be a common problem with Grey Wolfs. I planned to just take them off as they serve no real purpose anyway.
