This trailer is in excellent condition. It was purchased new and the dealer delivered it to my property and it has never moved or been on the road again. I have primarily used it as an office and let an employee live there for a few month once. It has all residential appliances and even a washer/dryer combo (which has never been used). Even the awning has never been extended out.

In the picture of the trailer you will see a custom covered porch with stairs as the entry to the trailer. Whoever buys the trailer can take the proch for free if they want it.
