Plumbing and electrical is in place for a washer/dryer, but currently doesn't have any installed. Will have a new/unused Queen mattress. New coach batteries just installed. Chassis batteries were replaced in 2021. Gas cooktop with convection range/microwave, Double door fridge with ice-maker, outdoor entertainment, slide-out drawers for storage compartments, rear-camera, automatic levelers, AC units run cold, furnace works great.
