The abundant storage of the manufacturer's floor plan has been augmented to accommodate owner hobbies. A work desk is placed at the end of the sofa. This is in addition to the floor plan dinette computer workstation. Hidden additional storage space has been added beneath the sofa.
The unit has always been stored under cover when not in use.
All regular maintenance as described in manufacturer literature has been done on schedule. In July, 2023, regular maintenance of oil, filter, chassis , etc. was done. In addition all house batteries were replaced. Maintenance records are available.
Since the motorhome was purchased weather related disasters, COVID, and personal illness have prevented extended use. Owner is selling for health reasons.
