We are really going to miss our beautiful Newmar motorhome! This unit has been well cared for and is in great condition! It has never been smoked in and has been kept very clean. Fully serviced in March 2023, including all new tires! Four slideouts make this unit very roomy and comfortable. Has Newmar's Comfort Drive system which makes this a dream to handle in weather. All new lithium battery system, solar panels, residential sized refrigerator, and upgraded Sleep Number queen mattress are some of the premium upgrades. Washer/Dryer ready and LOTS of closet and storage space. Easy care LVP flooring and solid surface counters with double stainless sinks in kitchen. Telescoping TV in living area with another TV in bedroom. This coach is so well insulated - perfect for RV-ing in busy campgrounds! It stays very warm in cold weather and AC works great in the heat! We love this motorhome for quick stops during travel as you can get all the way through the unit without having to open slides! Make a quick lunch, use the restroom - and make a coffee for the road! All slides have slide-covers installed, and there's 2 awnings - one over the door and another for the entire main outdoor area. We've used it to pull our boat and Chevy Colorado - works GREAT!
