The unit is in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. We live in Dallas, Texas. We can schedule to meet you there if you are interested. Our “Ima” has been a great unit, we are only selling it because we are upgrading to a larger Grand Design.

Condition, etc:
• Has always been in use or stored under cover. We wash it each time before storage.
• Tires are new, see below.
• A/C, water heater, furnace, water pump, microwave, and fridge work fine.
• The stabilizer jacks are in good condition.
• The slideout and awning work properly and always have.
• No issues with the roof; you can walk on it but we never have done so.

Improvements:
• 4" foam mattress topper on the rear bed
• New Interstate battery, Aug2023
• New hitch jack installed Dec2022
• New tires, Summer 2022
• New thermostat, Summer 2022
• New CO2/Smoke Detector Dec2022
• Cabinet doors added over the lower storage area in the bathroom
• We added a door to cover the opening below the main TV
• We removed the bunk bed and ladder. I added stained trim boards to cover where the bunk screws had been. This area will still sleep two kids easily but makes that area far more functional during the day. My wife and I have slept on the single bed a few times and it was adequate for two adults. The mattress topper we added makes it comfortable. We will provide the bunk bed and ladder in case you want to add it back. Odds are that you won’t want to.

Does not work, or issues:
• Bathroom vent fan, Kitchen vent hood fan (likely an easy fix)
• The plug on the right side of the Master Bed is pulled out of the wall. Still works, just ajar.
• The dual heated recliners had issues with the seating area peeling. We repaired them with a leather-like adhesive. That type of repair is common in camper furniture. The repair has held nicely.
• The cable for the emergency brake needs to be replaced near the ball of the tongue.
