Check out this spectacular 2017 Winnebago Grand Tour 45RL. This coach has been lovingly cared for and has only had one owner (purchased new in September of 2018). All the amenities are included here; a dishwasher, induction cooktop, convection microwave, quartz countertops, full size refrigerator with ice and water, stackable washer and dryer, electric fireplace, and full bath and a half. Inside, you can press the theater mode-button and the 60-inch living room televator TV will raise, turn on, the lights will dim and the blinds will close, making for a great movie experience.

Looking to warm up on a cool morning, pop the fireplace on or turn on the full RV floor heat. The Aqua-Hot system serves three purposes; it heats the floors, can heat the forced air system and provides you on-demand continuous hot water. Additionally, there is an electric hot water tank when you do not require a lot of hot water. Three rooftop HVAC units keep the RV cool even on the warmest days. For stargazing, the skylight over the front seats is ideal. The main area has a queen sized sofa sleeper, extendable table with 2 parson’s chairs, 2 matching folding chairs and a pull-out desk area. There is also plenty of storage in the kitchen as well as a built in wall safe and a bar cabinet and wine rack.
There are three power awnings, one over the front door and two full length on passenger side of the coach and have wind detection and can retract automatically.
