Excellent condition 24ft motorhome. Completed on schedule oil changes.

Slideout with 3/4 walk around queen bed, 4 person dinette that converts to nearly a full size bed and a large bed over the cab.

In 2021 installed:

- new toilet

- new tires (6) with approx. 2k miles on them ($2200).

- Added tire valve stems which allows easy access to check dually tire pressure.

-Replaced to a higher grade foam in the dinette seat cushions (approx $800). Upgraded the bed mattress (approx $900).

-Added max air vent covers to the three vents to allow airflow even if raining.

-Also converted passenger seat base to a swivel so it turns around for a comfortable seat/recliner.

Kitchen sink and faucet could use replacing (or use as is). Both work perfectly fine, however is the factory installed 'beige' sink has a little discoloration. Otherwise everything else in great working condition.

Overall Excellent condition and perfect size for driving around on adventures camping! Fits with slight overhang in parking spots!
