This trailer is like new and we are sad to see it go. We are the second owners, the first only took it on 3 trips and then he got ill. We purchased the trailer in 2021 and used it 4 times at state parks. The trailer was great for our family of 4 but would easily sleep 6 or if you had small children the bunks could sleep 4. The murphy bed is a dream to pack up in the morning and creates a ton of floor space when not in use, with a large storage space under the couch that folds out of the way when the bed is down. The kitchen is just the right size and has a 3 burner cook top and oven that has never been used. The microwave works great and there is a large double basin sink. The refrefrigerator is LP,12v,120v. The bathroom is roomy and has a procelain foot flush toilet and shower, sink and med. cabnet. Above the dinette that also converts to a bed, there is tons more storage and the dvd/raido/bluetooth head unit with speakers inside and out. There is a large powered awning with a nice led light strip. On the same side of the awning is the outside kitchen and i think this is the best part of the rv. it has a sink, 2 burner and refrefrigerator. there is also a LP quick connect for other lp accessories you have. The trailer also has 2 30lb lp tanks and a electric jack. The trailer also has a weight distribution hitch, it makes pulling the trailer so much more stable and safe. We really loved the trailer and are sad to see it go but we are going a different direction.
