The RV is in excellent condition except for a scratch on the driver's side rear (done when my husband was pulling it out of our covered carport). It has been patched, but is not yet painted. Other than that, it is in excellent condition and has been very well maintained.
We swapped out the original sofa for two electric recliners with massage and heat and swapped out the dining booth with chairs (we found to be more comfortable). Some features include: Ice Maker in Fridge, 30- inch convection/microwave oven with 3 burner stove, Two Hi Def TVs, side view cameras, Sony Surround Sound System, Power Seat on Driver's side, Drop Down single bunk above Driver and Passenger seat, Folding cockpit table on passenger side, 1,000- watt inverter, Remote control exterior mirror, Rear Ladder with rack for folding chairs, Auto Motion Window Shades, Vinyl Tile, Holding tank heat pad 110 volt, Polar Pak Insul. R19 in Roof, double pain windows, Two Fantastic Vents with Rain Kit, Solid Surface Counters and dining table, and Sienna Maple cabinets with glaze doors. We would be willing to include the majority of items in the RV as well, bedding, dishes, pots and pans, towels, silverware, etc., all in very good condition. This RV is very large when the three slides are out and extremely confortable, with lots of storage. It is easy to drive and we have thoroughly enjoyed every minute we have spent in it. Unfortunately, I am not in the best of health and have realized that it is time to pass it on to another owner.
