This has the very desirable layout of the "bunkhouse" floor plan. On one end of the camper is the bunkhouse, that includes 3 twin bunks and a couch that expands into a queen sized bed. It has TONS of closet/cabinet space, 1/2 bath with a separate outside entrance, TV, and windows on both sides. The "master" bedroom is on the opposite end of the camper up the stairs. It has a walk around, KING sized bed, large closets with shelving and hanging rods, a combo WASHER/DRYER unit, separate A/C unit and controls, another tv, and dresser/drawer unit.
It has a second entrance into the 3/4 bath that is also accessible from the hall at the top of the stairs. The main living area of the camper has hookups for another larger tv right above the electric FIREPLACE, separate controls to the heating system and 2nd A/C unit. Surround sound, bluetooth sound unit with 3 different speaker controls. There is a ceiling fan above the booth dining table, tons of LED lighting, and a second large couch which also converts to an additional queen sized bed. LARGE, double door FREEZER/FRIDGE combo that can run on gas or electric.
Nice 3 burner gas range above a large oven. Solid surface countertops with covers for the stainless steel double sink. There is a microwave and a vent hood with light. We have updated the kitchen backsplash and all window treatments. We also installed a fold-down wooden butcher block for added counter space. Updated paint and wallpaper as well.
Finally, the OUTDOOR KITCHEN has a TV, mini fridge, led lighting, storage cabinets and drawers, and a gas hookup nearby for an additional gas grill!
The previous owners spent thousands of dollars on a custom insulated, zippered canvas skirt that surrounds the entire camper. (This is key for colder weather camping; or even when it’s extra hot outside.) Also installed under the camper is a really nice battery bank that runs a separate inverter, you always have power! This rv is boondock ready. Plus it has auto leveling hydraulic jacks.
