Welded aluminum frame with upgraded axles, upgraded brakes, and upgraded springs. An Onan 4000 watt gas generator with 29 gallon tank with only 349 hours. Controlled by Onan Energy Command 30. 3500 watt inverter for watching TV and brand new (July 2023) 80 amp charger for AGM batteries. 1 new 70 amp AGM battery (July 2023). Upgraded rear hitch for towing a dolly or UTV trailer. Olympic Queen RV mattress 1 1/2 years old. 2 Brand new (August 2023) wheel fenders. One decal has some sun cracking damage on one side. Passenger side rear lower corner panel has slight damage from bumping asphalt on an incline driveway. The only reason we are selling is that we upgraded to a 40' bus.
