Everything works. New tires. New mattress, power leveling and hitch, water heater, air conditioning, ducted heating, recliner, new dining table, washer/dryer combo unit. One slide out for the dining/living space.

Great camping trailer, use on seasonal lot or where you want to park it. Big windows for a lot of natural light.
Was towed easily with a half-ton truck.
