This is a nice coach that has been well maintained. Has always been stored under cover when not in use. The chassis is serviced yearly by Freightliner (documentation available). All upholstery is pristine. All systems are in good condition except as mentioned below. We are non-smokers and do not own pets.

Don't be mislead by the low price, there is nothing wrong with it. :-)

New drive axle tires installed 9/19/2023 (date code 0923 (ninth week of '23)). Steer axle new 8/2020.
The roof radius seal was completely redone, front to back, both sides, in March 2023 using Pro Flex RV sealant.

A few minor issues to mention: (1) The headboard has a barely noticeable crack that shows up in low humidity conditions. (2) Two of the MCD window shades need assistance in rolling up. (3) Gray tank sensor reads ⅓ when empty, ⅔ and F are accurate.
