Great small travel trailer with a slide out for camping/hunting. 2015 and in great condition as it has been barely used. Even the last two years it has been used only as a place for family to sleep in while visiting and since we moved it set under our carport out of the elements as well as had oil heater in it to keep moisture out. All the caulking on outside has been updated for fall/winter season. Upgraded propane tanks in front to hold two larger propane tanks. Comes with a portable rv waste tank and hose, 30amp plug in, 30 amp surge protector, oil heater, some pots and pans for camping, grill that attaches to bumper.

We built a "L" shaped shelf above dining area so there was more storage.

Slide out couch fold down to little bed for 1 or 2 chikdren And kitchen table area turns into a quenn bed as well.

Specs are in the pictures. Easy to tow as I did with my Kia Sorento as this trailer is only 2600lbs.
