This motorhome is in great condition with only 25,100 miles. All maintenance and safety checks on the motor and drive train have been performed in the last six months. Many upgrades have been added in the last year. We upgraded the Precepts J-Ride system with a better steering stabilizer fora more controlled and a smoother ride. We put new tires on in October of 2022. All three batteries, two for the coach and one for the engine were replaced in March of 2023. We upgraded to the Winegard Satellite system that is set up for directTV that supplies signal to all three flat screens in the RV. The main TV, which is a new smart TV, is mounted on a televator which is located in the living room/ kitchen and can receive signal form either the satellite or Wi-Fi.
This RV has three slides. Two in the front and one in the bedroom. These slides make the coach more spacious and very functional. The custom interior has a reclining love seat and a dinette that seats four that converts into a bed. The kitchen has a great layout. The stove top has three burners and a convection microwave that bakes, cooks, or reheats all the meals and snacks for your trip. The kitchen counter even has a sliding extension for food prep. The double kitchen sink makes clean up a breeze. The 8 Cu. Ft. refrigerator/freezer is a large four door with an ice maker that is awesome. The back bedroom has a walk around queen size bed with mirrored wardrobe closets and shelves. The TV is mounted in the corner and their is a pocket door for privacy. The bathroom is a standard RV bath with a foot flush toilet and plenty of room. The glass shower is large and has an upgraded shower head. The tankless water heater is a plusyou will always have plenty of hot water. This RV has two air-conditioners!!! One is located in the living room and one in the bedroom. These two units will cool the RV down quickly to the temperature desired. There are plenty of overhead cabinets throughout the motorhometruly so much storage!!
The exterior is in excellent shape also. The paint and graphics are in great shape. The outside motorized lit awning provides plenty of shade for enjoyable outdoor living while watching sports on the outside TV or just relaxing. Two large pass through basement storage units provide plenty of space for eveything you need.
