We're the second owners. We've had it since 2017 and love it, but our kids are growing up and just don't want to camp as much as we do any more. The interior is in like-new condition. The exterior has some fading due to the Colorado sun. But the wheels are always covered. It's extremely comfortable and spacious. The awning may need servicing as it squeeks a little while extending/retracting but WD-40 might just fix that as well. The tailor hitch and sway bars are also included.

Per JD Power, with the options (see last 2 pics) the asking price is only slightly above the Low Retail and this is in much better condition. Motivated Seller.
