It has a 18 gallon propane tank that feeds the stove, range, furnace and water heater.

The 17' wide automatic power retractable awning is in perfect shape and ready to go for the adventure.

It has Front and Rear Leveling Jacks that make parking and set up super fast and easy.

The layout of this 30T model is the best in our opinion of the VISTA models. It gives you almost a 12' wide living space that seats 9 in the spacious dinning/living room. The couch and table area fold down to beds for up to 2 peaple plus the queen sleeps 2. Plenty of space to add in others as well.

The 14,800 BTU AC has ducts that reach all areas of the coach. and the 30,000 BTU Furnace is a powerful unit that keeps you warm in the winter months or for mountain ski/snowboard use. The 6 gallon water heater is plenty for hot showers and warm washes.

it has a new high quality queen size mattress in the master room and has incredible closets for your clothes and items.

the shower and toilet/wash room are split making the bathroom easy to use for families and larger group uses.

The Tires are new in 2020 and have about 11,000 miles on them. Loads of great life in them and quality rubber.

The house and coach batteries are new as of June 2023 and ready for Any adventure. The powerful Cummings Generator will keep you powered up in the remote destinations or on the road where ever you need.
