(Edit: 10/18/23 some pointed out I had accidentally added an extra digit to the mileage and it appeared it was very high mileage. This has been fixed and is now accurate.) 

You will quickly notice what sets this coach apart from the other 2014 Jayco Greyhawk 31FS models as we opted to update the interior by removing most of the standard dated styling. so if you are looking for something a little more modern and minimal on the interior look no further. inside the walls were brightened up with neutral paint. blinds and box curtains were replaced with blackout curtains throughout. curtains above the loft separate the cab and/or loft for privacy.
the RV has just under 30K miles and is powered by Triton V10 enginean with an E450 Ford chassis. it comfortably sleeps 6-7 with a queen bed in the back, 2 single bunk beds in the middle and a loft over the cab in the front. you could fold down the dinette to sleep a couple more folks. the dual recliners in the living area were replaced with bench seating and additional storage cabinets.
the RV is well-equipped for boondocking with a Cummins Onan 4KW generator and we will also include our clearsource premier RV water filter system.
Some HIGHLIGHTS are: loads of cabinet and storage space (both inside and out), updated custom backsplash in kitchen and bath, utensil holder, paper towel holder, corian counters, double kitchen sink with covers, 3-burner gas range with cooktop cover, oven, microwave with hood fan, refrigerator/freezer updated with magnetic sheet metal cover that can be used as a dry erase board, bathroom has a shower updated with removable shower curtain instead of glass enclosure and decorative privacy film on window, back bedroom, loft and bunk beds all have TV/DVD players, bluetooth/aux., CD player, stereo system (in dashboard), updated interior lighting, skylights in back bedroom and bathroom, central heat and air conditioning, 2 slide-outs, flooring is a mix of carpet and vinyl, navigation, backup camera, on board generator, automatic leveling jacks, steps, awning, exterior shower, speakers, roof access ladder with child security lock, hitch, on board propane tanks, waste capacity: 32 gals, gray water capacity: 40 gals, Width: 8' 4", Height: 11' 5”.
we are including everything you need to flush tanks, some power extension cords and converter, premium clear source water filter system, car seat covers, bench seat covers, front seats and some of the other faux leather coverings were peeling when we purchased the RV in 2020. we repaired and opted to add seat covers.
