This RV has provided a lot of amazing memories for our young family, but now we are outgrowing it so it's time to pass it on to the next blessed owners.
We have provided regular oil changes and maintenance is up to date, new brakes in 2021, new tires in 2022. Generator was overhauled this summer and works great. Upgraded stereo with Apply carplay or Andriod. Roof was resealed this year. Interior and exterior are in good shape. I've had zero mechanical or electrical issues. Runs great with great power, for climbing those mountain passes.

Reasons why this is listed below average asking price:
1) mileage (we did enjoy using this RV with several cross-country trips)
2) the main awning has a small scratch/tear at the back since 2018
3) the slide-out kitchen works but isn't in great shape due to weather and age
4) shower pan has a few cracks that have been sealed
5) kitchen sink has sealed minor cracks
6) a few areas where the seams of cabinets are pulling away from the walls. they are all secure but typical of an RV with these miles. You can add trim to hide any areas you notice.
7) outdoor shower needs a new hose and shower nozle
8) May want a new sofa in the next few years
9) TV brackets need replacing (we don't use it so it's not a big issue for us)

All that said, we have taken very good care of it. A few upgrades:
1) Stereo upgraded to allow bluetooth or wired connection to Apply Carplay and Andriod Auto.
2) New dinette benches
3) Updated wall coverings
4) New DVD player
5) Brake assist for pulling trailers with brakes

We have successfully rented this RV the last two summers with great reviews and customer satisfaction at $275/night. One customer was so impressed with it's condition given the age.
