Propane heat but we always used a space heater and it kept you plenty warm. 1 full automatic slide, 1 automatic awning, 2 doors ( bathroom has its own exterior door) queen master bed, table coverts to bed, removed old jackknife sofa and was going to add a futon but instead decided a day bed made more sense. Sleeps 5-6. STORAGE, STORAGE, STORAGE!!Updates- painted walls, added backsplash, wallpaper, new sky lights. Comes with WDH hitch and sway bars, water hoses, water filter, water pressure regulator, septic hoses and sidewinder and 15 amp adapter. Good tires and spare tire never used. NEVER have we had a single leak. No soft spots. Camper has the K2 package so it's lined underneath protecting plumbing and has added insulation for winter. Has been winterized every winter.
