The 2007 Mercedes diesel is the best year for reliable power and performance and simplicity of service. The 24J Itasca Navion, made by Winnebago, has a very usable layout with well ventilated spacious shower and toilet, easy access vanity, improved comfort full mattress, bedroom closet and storage, new thermostat for gas/elec heat/cool, well equipped kitchen all in very attractive real stained wood cabinetry with elegant curses, entertainment system, the slide out dinette makes a ton of space for cooking and moving about, 3600 Onan LP backup generator, very comfortable black leather cockpit seats that rotate around for living room use, black-out bubble foil panels for all cockpit windows. Awning over entry makes great shade. Replaced ECU and both intake manifolds, serviced generator, drives like a Mercedes Benz with the power of a Dodge Diesel: very nice easy sailing. Feels like your driving a van since the rear axle is not extra wide, even though it is a 3500 dualy. Back-up camera with microphone makes parking easy. Wonderful for travel with kids, with three separate beds and seatbelts in dinette. Easy to prepare meals and clean up. Too many great features to list all. I have invested $6K to make it road reliable and a true pleasure to use. I hope to find a new happy owner who wants real comfort and style on their adventures.
