LOWERED PRICE: For sale is our 2006 Newmar KSDP3910. We've settled down and its time for this coach to move onto the next owner. We traveled from the east coast to the west coast while working full time in this wonderful rig. All systems work as expected except for the Dash A/C and the factory tiny solar panel on the roof. Due to working on the road full time we removed the dinette and sleeper couch to put in work desks. The desks have been removed but no furniture was purchased to replace it. Engine has 1644 hours on it along with 60,987 miles. We are still using it occasionally so those numbers will go up. Genset has 1196 hours. Tires are 5 years old. We replaced them when we bought the coach in Virginia. This is built on a Spartan Chassis. Water heater is a gas/electric dual fuel. The coach has a Splendide washer/dryer combo unit in the bedroom. A residential fridge/freezer was installed by the previous owners. There is currently a lein on the coach but it will be paid off upon a written offer prior to final sale so it will be delivered clear title in hand.
