Trailer has been very well maintained and cared for. Slide outs have awning covers for added protection and longevity. Refrigerator is new. We replaced with a residential frige which has a larger interior capacity in both freezer and frige. Refrigerator is running on electricity however can be modified with an inverter to run off of te RV battery as well. Ceiling fan is powerful yet quiet. The recliners are super comfortable and swivel in both directions. Lower kitchen cabinet is large and open inside to accommodate all your pots and pans. Has a single stationary shelf in the center for two storage levels. Large pull out spice rack in cabinet off of stove for convenience. Two additional reading lights installed over recliners and in bedroom one each side of bed. Two TVs, CD player and surround sound. Have additional propane tanks that will be included with your purchase. The front awning is fully functional but has a slight bend in the frame (full disclosure). Comes with stabilizing jacks too.
