Was used as a second home, Low miles. Changed 6 of the 8 tires 5 years ago and they are basically new. Funiture is in good shape. Full warranty. Appliances barely used. Batteries were changed within last 5-6 years - Changed front-end graphics to all gray and removed plastic sticker. Generator in great shape.
