Tires, new bateries house and coach, Complete engine trans fluid change and service and that includes a tune up on the onnan gen set (propane unit)
complete new brake system - rotors, calipers and fluid
New shocks , new steering ends, New steering gear head
Both A C units are newer the primary is 15k with heat pump
most lights have been upgraded to L E D inside and out
roof resealed has no rips or tears cieling is dry and stain free.
and as seen in the photo's New jack knife sofa & replaced captains chairs and vynil flooring.

This is a good solid coach and it goes down the road nicely pulling our suv
the Texas sun killed the paint and decalls so it does have a cheap paint job on it. far from perfect but again very solid.
