Updated Info: This 1996 Thor Residency unit has no mechanical, electrical, or slide issues. Several systems have been upgraded (furnace, and HEPA filters recently added to the roof AC system), and the hot water heater was repaired. Because the RV has a tag axle, its driveability is great: it is less affected by wind and takes corners well.
