Working awning is in good condition. Upholstery has been professionally redone in a pretty blue paisley print. All curtains are brand new and professionally designed to fit the windows perfectly. There is new LVT flooring and the walls are covered in a beautiful vinyl finish. Included in the kitchen is a vintage microwave and breakfast machine that will make coffee, toast and an egg all at the same time. The bathroom is tastefully redone with acacia wood counters to match the kitchen and a brand new porcelain toilet. The back bedroom is complete with the original two single beds including very comfortable mattresses and has beautifully wallpaper and walls with a skylight/fan to bring in natural light. There is a working sliding door for extra privacy between the bedroom and main cabin space. The sofa easily pulls down to make a full, comfortable bed, while the dinette transforms into yet another bed to easily accommodate up to a family of six. The trailer has five exterior compartments providing tons of storage. Gas and electric water heater.  All replaced in 2019: a new furnace and new tires, propane lines, regulator and tanks.
