Well maintained, used regularly. No rust. Five tire rotation with 35,000/miles on 60,000/mile tires, that are 3 years old. Entire brake system overhauled downstream of master cylinder in spring of 2022. Cooling system overhauled with new water pump, radiator, thermostat, and everything coolant touches outside of the block fall of 2023. Heat and AC fan motor and fuel sending unit replaced in summer of 2021. Parking PAW component lock within transmission overhauled fall of 2023. LED light bulbs installed throughout. New water heater installed in fall 2023. New roof AC weather seal installed fall of 2023. Included is weather cover, refrigerator works fine and comes with an overhaul kit purchased in 2022 for the future, extra water heater control module, leveling blocks, hitch mounted cargo rack, an outside wash station with hot and cold water, mechanical tire pressure monitors and some misc. items. No roof leaks. Everything works correctly. Generator was replaced with new Onan generator summer of 2000. Generator is dependable.
