The only miles on it are the ones put on when we had it delivered just over 100 miles. It has served us well in all weather conditions, including -30*F winter and 100*F+ summer and we were comfortable with the propane heat furnace, electric fireplace and two AC units. We bought this in March of 2022. We set it up in a permanent spot in a campground and used it maybe 6-8 times in 2022. Was used maybe 5 times in 2023. This camper is in near perfect condition. Has one small hole about a 1/4 in the awning from an amber from a fire. The only time it has seen the rode is bringing it from the dealer. We are selling because we bought a fifth wheel to travel more.
