The center island has an oversized/under mount stainless steel sink that comes with countertop covers, a high-rise faucet with sprayer, solid surface counter tops, and storage underneath. It also has a 18 cu. ft. stainless steel residential refrigerator with ice maker, 1.3 cu. ft. microwave, large pantry with door, and a 24-inch stainless steel gas oven with four burner stove. There is a separate counter area with storage above and below, as well as a decorative backsplash. Eating area comes with a table and four chairs (which have storage in the seats). The den area comes with two recliners and a fold down couch, ceiling fan, AM/FM/Bluetooth stereo, and a 5100 BTU electric color-changing fireplace. We added a 32-inch TV that has never been used.
