The new Norcold refrigerator is now 12 volts and cools much faster and more efficient then the gas models</p><p>The Twin beds provide exceptional storage on the outside as well as inside while providing easy access to the rear of the airstream and windows not to mention the foam beds provide a comfortable nights rest.</p><p>This is a smart home that is connected to the internet via AT&T providing air conditioning and lighting control from anywhere as well as wifi access from inside the cabin.</p><p>New this year is the large and easy access air conditioning filters in the ceiling for two ducted units on the roof.</p><p>This is a must see to experience the wains coating cabinets and lighting throughout not to mention the bathroom and shower that is over the top. OWN A LIKE NEW RV WITHOUT TAKING THE DEPRECIATION HIT!!!We purchased this RV in October of 2021. It’s been down south on one extended road trip and maybe a half dozen trips to northern MN. It ONLY has 9600 miles on it! The plan was to use it for travel south for the winter from Minnesota, but plans are changing and as much as we love it and it's been an amazing RV for us, we no longer need it. We've taken great care of this RV since day one. It's very comfortable and easy to drive for any beginners that may be a little intimidated.<br />First and foremost, by far, the best two features in this RV are that it has TWO FULL bathrooms and a King bed! This RV is totally trip ready, ALL you need to do is pack it up with clothes, food, pots & pans and it’s ready to travel!!The Ford V8 350 engine has plenty of power. Never had any mechanical issues, never been in any accidents (carfax available), and still looks shiny & new. Recalled for rear sway bar issue fixed. It has an Onin generator, three televisions, two slide outs, a drop down queen bed (great for families or grandkids), rear and side cameras (VERY helpful for newer RV drivers). <br /><br />We've purchased several items for this RV that we will include: <br />-stainless steal catalytic converter cage<br />-Koni shocks<br />-Sumo springs (truck push eliminated; turn handling is great)<br />-two fresh water hoses and one blackwater rinse hose<br />-snap pads on the stabilizer feet (VERY beneficial on gravel and stone camp sites)<br /><br />We do have a Blue Ox towing system available for sale for an additional $1,000; it’s a flat towing system.<br /><br />MN registration is paid through February 2024.
