OWN A LIKE NEW RV WITHOUT TAKING THE DEPRECIATION HIT!!!We purchased this RV in October of 2021. It’s been down south on one extended road trip and maybe a half dozen trips to northern MN. It ONLY has 9600 miles on it! The plan was to use it for travel south for the winter from Minnesota, but plans are changing and as much as we love it and it's been an amazing RV for us, we no longer need it. We've taken great care of this RV since day one. It's very comfortable and easy to drive for any beginners that may be a little intimidated.
First and foremost, by far, the best two features in this RV are that it has TWO FULL bathrooms and a King bed! This RV is totally trip ready, ALL you need to do is pack it up with clothes, food, pots & pans and it’s ready to travel!!The Ford V8 350 engine has plenty of power. Never had any mechanical issues, never been in any accidents (carfax available), and still looks shiny & new. Recalled for rear sway bar issue fixed. It has an Onin generator, three televisions, two slide outs, a drop down queen bed (great for families or grandkids), rear and side cameras (VERY helpful for newer RV drivers).

We've purchased several items for this RV that we will include:
-stainless steal catalytic converter cage
-Koni shocks
-Sumo springs (truck push eliminated; turn handling is great)
-two fresh water hoses and one blackwater rinse hose
-snap pads on the stabilizer feet (VERY beneficial on gravel and stone camp sites)

We do have a Blue Ox towing system available for sale for an additional $1,000; it’s a flat towing system.

MN registration is paid through February 2024. It winters in heated storage and is started once per week while in storage.
