<p>We purchased this trailer in 2022 to live in for 6 months during our whole house remodel. It has only been moved twice between the dealership and our home and has been well taken care of by me. All original manufacturing defects have been fixed by me and the dealer. I would never buy a new trailer from a dealer again. This rig has everything you need from A/C to Heat, generator for off grid, full kitchen, bathroom including shower, exterior shower, and brand new retractable awning. This remodeled Jayco Greyhawk is in fabulous condition for its age! With less than 18,500 miles on the engine (and only 61 generator hours), it’s ready for many miles of adventure! There are seatbelts and beds for 9.<br /><br />The cabinetry and walls have been painted to replace the drab brown you see in most RVs, stylish wallpaper and artwork have been added, the floor has been updated to luxury vinyl, custom (food grade) wood countertops have been installed with new sinks, and the foldout couch and dinette upholstery has been redone with durable fabric friendly for kids and pets. All windows have new custom blackout curtains, and there are new full-length privacy curtains behind the cab. There are 2 smart TVs, a 40" in the cab and another in the master. Are you looking for a camper that provides lots of space for spending time with family and friends? You need to experience this 2021 Jayco 30QB travel trailer. With a large dinette and tri-fold sofa set perpendicular to each other, the floor plan allows everyone to participate. We have had as many as 13 people in this camper for dinner and games (long story but it involves thunderstorms and tents.) As you look further, surprises abound. Door number 3 reveals a large pantry with “drunken octopus” hooks. In the bunkhouse, you’ll find a folding table cleverly stored under the jackknife sofa. There is even a drawer under the spacious fridge and a fold-up counter extension that is great for drying dishes. We really liked that the storage under the dinette was accessible via doors and not made into drawers as this maximizes useable space. The cabinets in the bathroom have plenty of room for sheets and towels for the whole camper-even beach towels. Outside there is a Blackstone grill that mounts next to the outdoor kitchen. The entry steps are super sturdy. The bunkhouse has it’s own door that we used to load anti-gravity chairs and our outdoor kitchen tables for storage during travel. The hitch and receiver are currently set up for a Ram 1500 truck which was able to pull the camper with no trouble. This camper has provided many happy memories for us over the last couple of years but we’re looking to try some different experiences in the future.
