<p>My wife and I purchased this Airstream brand new and have had many amazing adventures with it. It really is a home away from home with a king size bed and all of the bells and whistles. It has kept us warm during cold Colorado evenings and cool during hot Texas days. It has been maintained at the Airstream dealership and always kept in covered storage. We are a smoke free household and it has been meticulously cleaned inside and out after each trip. We are including all of the accessories, locks etc so you are ready to go camping from day 1.</p><p><br></p><p>The rear hatch is great for airflow while you are inside, makes loading large gear easier and provides access to the storage space under the bed so you can easily access it. There are tie downs on the floor so you can secure larger items like bikes. The solar panels on top keep the batteries topped off and fridge cold no matter where you are. There is another inlet plug on the side if you wish to connect more solar panels.</p><p><br></p><p>It is currently available. Although we have enjoyed our Basecamp tremendously, we must sell it due to medical issues. We have enjoyed 3 wonderful vacations in this beauty. The Basecamp has a Truma Combi furnace/water heater, 21 gallon water tank, A/C, heat, microwave, fridge, propane stove, and wet bath. It has red rock interior. The “X” package is made for off roading and boondocking and includes rock guards, solar panels, Goodyear Wrangler tires, raised hitch for clearance, and a 3 inch lift. We have customized our Basecamp with the following upgrades: - Blue tooth receiver added to the Victron solar controller for easy app access.- 2000w Inverter ($300 value)- Moon Shade awning ($400 value)- Microair Easy Start added to the A/C so it can run off of a 2000w generator ($300 value)- Custom table top (the original will also be included)- Zipper was installed in the back door screen to make it easy to obtain items inside the BC from the outside.
