It could be used for storage also!</li><li><b>The washer/dryer </b>- this unit not only comes with washer and dryer hook ups, but the actual combo washer/dryer unit too! Load it up, hit one button and BOOM clothes are washed <i>and </i>dried.</li><li><b>The HUGE living room </b>- the living space has a slide on each side and giant windows, making it feel huge. Also has an electric fire place, a ceiling fan, two couches, and a very large area for a TV (we had a 70-inch (!) TV in there (not included).</li><li><b>The storage </b>- there are so many cabinets, nooks and cranies to store stuff in. You'll never fill them all up! The underbelly storage areas are heated, so no freezing pipes!</li><li><b>The master King bed </b>talk about home amenities. This 41’2” Heartland fifth wheel is beautifully designed with 4 slides offering large spacious living areas. It’s truly a home away from home! An absolute must see!The living area has two comfortable rocker recliners, a sofa that can become a queen size bed for additional sleeping. There is a sofa table that opens to be used as a desk or extra eating area with plenty of storage inside. There is a fireplace and a large television and a programmable safe.This area of the RV has plenty of storage above the recliners and sofa, along with storage above and on both sides of the television and more drawers under the fireplace. Below the sink there is a dishwasher, and plenty of storage and drawers on both sides of the dishwasher. We just had a new Galanz convection oven/microwave/air fryer installed. We also had a 3 burner gas range and a large gas/electric full size 18.3 cubic feet refrigerator installed. Tons of storage above and on both sides of the convection oven/microwave and below the gas range. There is a gorgeous counter top that could serve as a large coffee bar or something similar. Below this countertop are two doors where you will find a side by side washer and dryer.Going up the stairs is a bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet and single sink and plenty of storage. The bedroom has a king size bed with a new mattress and lots of storage under the bed. Large mirrored doors opens to an oversized closet. There is a 32” bedroom TV/mirror combo along with two more closets and six large drawers for clothing.This RV comes with a new antenna. An outdoor entertainment 32” TV. All four slides have awnings. 2016 Heartland Big Country 3650RL. King size bed in master, hydraulic 6 point leveling, on board onan 5500 generator, 3 slides, master bedroom, kitchen and living area. New awning fabric this year, new roof coating, new toilet and two new six volt batteries. Have two extra large propane tanks that will go with the trailer. 50 to 30amp adapter and extra 30 amp cable along with the 50 amp cable. Generator has about 350 hours on it and regular maintenance performed. Tires were purchased last year and are in great shape. Exterior in good condition and interior is very clean.

This has the very desirable layout of the "bunkhouse" floor plan. On one end of the camper is the bunkhouse, that includes 3 twin bunks and a couch that expands into a queen sized bed.
