This coach is well appointed with : 2 slides, 1 1/2 baths (Dometic Vacuflush system), Microwave, Gas/electric refrigerator freezer, 4 burner stove with oven, 2 TVs, OTA antenna, DVD player and a bluetooth dash stereo. Comes with an integrated generator (make that popcorn going down the road!), auto-leveling system, power awning, (including a Shadepro awning shade). We will include the Blue Ox vehicle towing system including the Brake Buddy towed vehicle braking system and the Garmin RV770 GPS system to speed you on your way. <br /><br />Note that this is a 30 AMP coach which enables you to get into most parks (50 Amp adapter cable is included). <br /><br />House batteries are new in 2023.<br /><br />Household items (including linens are included) as is all required hoses and cables.<br /><br />Vehicle exterior is in very nice condition with a couple of minor scrapes. Vehicle interior has a bit of wear due to extended use. Captains chairs exhibit typical wear in coaches of this age (see pictures).

2014 Fleetwood RV Bounder 35K, <p>The Bounder 35K Fleetwood motor home features a rear master bathroom as well as convenient half bath. In the rear of the motor home, you will find a toilet, medicine cabinet, sink, linen cabinet, and shower. The bedroom offers a queen size bed and nightstands slide, double wardrobes, a dresser, and a 32" LED tv. As you leave the bedroom, a half bath is located to the right.</p> <p>The kitchen and dining areas are combined and offer a 40" LED tv, which can easily be viewed from anywhere in the front of the motor home. One side of the motor home has a refrigerator, three burner range, microwave, and double kitchen sink. Total cost $5000<br><br>Well maintained Motorhome, 1 and 1/2 bath, with large shower and porcelain toilets. Non smoking. 2 slides,  3 TV’s, 2 inside and 1 outside in compartment. Electric fireplace, works well. 2 AC units that are dual air and heat. Also propane furnace. Electric and Propane Refrigerator. Just bought 2 brand new coach batteries dated 2/23 (see pictures). Drives very nice, I felt comfortable in the drivers seat. Backup camera. Engine and Generator filters and oil recently changed before winter storage, by me, I’m a mechanic. Stored out of weather under my pole barn built specifically for storing our Motorhome. Full body paint. Everything works as designed, we have had no problems with it. I drive it primarily 55 mph and we get between 7-9 miles to the gallon. Power awning, also have a cover that goes over the complete Motorhome, wheel covers/mirror covers/windshield wiper covers. Solar panel on roof, for trickle charge of coach batteries. Tires are brand new with a DOT date of August of 2023. Started to personalize the Motorhome for us, battery puck lights in the low light areas, cabinets and such. Attached a quick disconnect to the on board propane tank for using a grill outside. Liked to keep cooking smells, especially fish cooking outside, that ended up working real well.
