We have all the records from our time with it as well as all the upgrades which include 300watt solar panel, renogy Adventurer Charge Controller, 2 group 27DC Inerstate house batteries, Lifetime warranty Rubber Roof, PSI Pressure Leak test that revealed leaks that were ALL fixed, New Coach Fans in the living space and bathroom, Van essentials window coverings for coach door, driver and passenger window as well as the windshield, Window vents driver and passenger side, New grey and black tank valves and venting system. Replaced the microwave/convection oven, Toilet, Shock and struts front and back, front tires, Radiator hose, Water pump, Gas valve in fridge, All cabinet fixtures. We are including a tool kit with tools and replacement fixtures, gaskets, fresh water and Black water hoses, 2 rhino sewer hoses w/ wrenches, 2 sets of leveling blocks, Collapsable buckets w/ cleaning brushes, oil, blue def, radiator fluid, sanitation liquid for gray and black tanks and more! We are selling due to a life change. You can go anywhere in this rig and boondocking is a breeze with the solar system. Just had the furnace and vents cleaned, slide out matienence, generator oil change and check up. The Queen bunk over the driver and passenger seat was taken out for more storage but we have it and are re installing it.
