RV is in great condition.  Interior is very clean and comfortable with room and seatbelts for 5 occupants: driver, passenger, and 3 at the dinette. <br>The coach is built on the 2011 Ford F-53 chassis that has a 6.8 liter Triton V10 gas engine with 362 horsepower and 457 lb-ft of torque and is equipped with a TorqShift 5-speed automatic overdrive transmission.  Everything works as it should including the engine, built-in generator, stove/oven, microwave, water heater, water pump, refrigerator/freezer, air conditioner, heater, 2 TVs, 2 exhaust fans, and leveling jacks. Very attractive inside and outside with plenty of storage. We've logged numerous low miles and high miles trips. Never an issue on the road. Very comfortable with solid heat and AC. All appliances performing very well.<br />We always stored vehicle under cover. Showing Ford Edge that we pulled. Two electric powered slide outs transform the living area into a large 42” x 72” dinette on the curbside and directly opposite a 42” x 60” sofa bed on the streetside slide.
