2009 Newmar KING AIRE 4561, This 2009 King Aire is as nice as any you will find on the market. Exterior is flawless with no checking, newer tires, auto slide out trays in basement. Motor is a powerful 650 HP Cummins ISX on a Spartan chassis also has large 1250KW generator. Inside you will find a very popular bath and half floorplan, booth dinette, solid wood residential style cabinets, ceramic tile floors in living area and plush Berber carpet in bedroom. There is stackable washer & dryer, dishwasher, solid surface counters. Large master bath with lots of wardrobe space and spacious shower. Everything in this coach shouts quality and pride of workmanship. This is not an exaggeration to say this is one of the nicest coaches you will ever see for the money.

Private 2nd owner super clean and well maintained. Highly desirable model with slide out dinette and rear bed. For its first 27k miles it was always covered with RV cover. The next 14k miles it was under a canopy. This is a 2009 Model on a 2008 Mercedes chassis. The 2008 model was right before the Blue Tek engine which was a disaster. It is one of the finest interiors of any RV, The woodwork is exquisite. <br /><br />I added a 300 watt solar system with inverter. It has a 3200 watt generator. The split mattress was replaced with an Ikea 5" foam and a 2" memory foam over it. Very comfortable. The TV's were removed as we do not watch while on vacation. Interior lights are all LED. The ceiling height is 79". Tire thread are about 80% or better. The only body defect is a crack in the passenger side rear panel hit by a truck tire thread. I epoxied and fastened it (see photo). There is virtyually no rust underneath, only on the exhust which is typical. Title is clean.

<p>This is a custom built Skoolie that has been the most reliable RV imaginable. It has 164,00 miles on a diesel MBE900 Mercedes engine with a Alison 3000 transmission on a Frieghtliner chasis. I lived in this bus for 2 years full time, staying in national forest's driving down roads that were off the beaten path, living completely off grid with the solar system. It has been very reliable, being driven over the mountains many times, being in the middle of a category 5 hurricane and not budging an inch. It features an $8,000 solar system that allows you to run everything off-grid including the A/C's, 80 gallon fresh water tank, water heater, marble shower, queen size bed, dog bed area, 42" TV, freezer and refrigerator, closet/pantry combo, fold out couch into queen bed, two separate A/C unit's, composting toilet, back up camera, lots of storage, and a small load washer for your clothes. I had the plumbing and all of the electrical done by professionals. I have driven this over 40,000 miles with no issues at all. I have kept up with all routine maintenance on it and routinely had it inspected. I lived in this RV full time successfully for two years traveling to national forest's and many places with no hook ups and able to live comfortably. It has shore power to hook up to in case you want to. I dedicated my entire life to building this motorhome and living in it. This unit is a great, cheap motorhome that has been in the middle of a hurricane in Florida and it barely moved an inch in the storm. All windows have new custom blackout curtains, and there are new full-length privacy curtains behind the cab. There are 2 smart TVs, a 40" in the cab and another in the master. The hallway has an in-cabinet charging station for devices.<br /><br />If you're interested, we’ll include the Tempur-pedic mattress toppers for the master and above-cab queens. The bunk beds and foldout couch also have memory foam toppers, and the bunks have fold-down guards (removable) for safer sleeping for kids. Your family will likely sleep better in this RV than at home! Mattress protectors, sheets, and comforters are included for every bed. RV Airflow has been installed to enhance the AC, and both the heater and water heater work great so you can enjoy the outdoors in almost any weather.<br /><br />In the bathroom, a new toilet has been installed as well as a retractable shower door, new sprayer, soap dispenser on the wall, and 3D-printed shelf bars. Other details you'll appreciate include pull-down cup holders by the dinette and fabric organizers in the cabinets. Also included are matching melamine dishes, silverware, pots/pans, and bathroom towels.<br /><br />Outside, there’s one larger storage that connects to the generous under-bed storage in the master, and there are several medium-sized compartments. There’s an outdoor grill and hookups for outdoor AV. There are 2 solar panels on the roof that charge the coach battery. The tires were new in 2021, and there's a nifty tire pressure monitor on the dashboard. We’ve serviced the leveling hydraulics, stairs motor, and bunk slide out. It passed inspection in September. Due to back surgery and new babies in the family, we've decided to let another family make memories in this one-of-a-kind RV! There's minor cosmetic damage to the back right corner that's shown in the last picture.
